Michelle Aplin, Aministration
Michelle just started at Full Circle. Originally from California, she has 20 years of administrative, bookkeeping, and customer support experience, including at the Franz Klammer Lodge and most recently at Aplin Masonry. We are expecting Michelle to be a conscientious people pleaser with high standards and are excited for her to join our team.
Hilary Swenson, Bookkeeping Hilary has a B.S. in finance from University of Colorado. This is Hilary's 3rd year with Full Circle. She has excelled as a thoughtful and thorough bookkeeper. She does HOA invoicing, receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, financial reports and budgets.
Facilities Management and Maintenance
Dan Witkowski, Owner and Facilities Manager Dan, a Colorado native, runs the facilities management department of Full Circle. He has 12 years of experience maintaining complex multi-unit buildings. He has an impeccable maintenance eye, a pro-active approach, and a commitment to quality rarely found in his field. Dan also served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Telluride Ski Ranches (the largest HOA in Telluride with over 200 lots).
David Watson-Ausencio, Maintenance Technician David grew up in Mancos, Colorado, and has worked in construction since 2003, mostly in drywall installation, texturing and painting. He has been with us for two years.
Cade Landcaster, Maintenance Technician Cade was born and raised on a working ranch in Idaho. That's where he gets his strong work ethic. He specializes in woodwork, irrigation, trim carpentry, doors and windows.
In addition, our qualified common area cleaning staff provides reliable, supervised cleaning services.
