HOA Administration and Bookkeeping

Diane Wolfson, Owner and Controller
Diane is an attorney specializing in real estate, HOAs, and other commercial matters.  She also has a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration.  She started her career on Wall Street and has been practicing for 20 years. 

Hilary Swenson, Bookkeeping
Hilary has a B.S. in finance from University of Colorado and has been providing thoughtfull and accurate bookkeeping for our HOAs for the last 5 years. She does our HOA invoicing, receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, financial reports and budgets. 

 
HOA Facilities Management and Maintenance

Dan Witkowski, Owner and Facilities Manager
Dan, a Colorado native, runs the facilities management department of Full Circle.  He has spent the last 14 years maintaining and managing complex multi-unit buildings. He has an impeccable maintenance eye, a pro-active approach, and a commitment to quality rarely found in his field. Dan also served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Telluride Ski Ranches (the largest HOA in Telluride with over 200 lots), and is the Chair of the Open Space and Recreation Board for the Town of Mountain Village.
 
David Watson-Ausencio, Maintenance Technician
David grew up in Mancos, Colorado, and has worked in construction since 2003, mostly in drywall installation, texturing and painting.  He has been with Full Circle for 4 years.
 
In addition, our qualified common area cleaning staff provides reliable, supervised cleaning services.
