Hilary has a B.S. in finance from University of Colorado and has been providing thoughtful and accurate bookkeeping for our HOA’s since 2006. Hilary’s HOA specific experience with communications and customer service make her uniquely qualified as an HOA manager.
Elyssa Krasic, Administrator and Office Manager
Elyssa has a B.A. in communications from the University of Vermont and moved to Telluride in 1999. She joined the Full Circle team in 2018. Elyssa has worked with various HOA Boards through hotel and property management. She assists with project planning, board meetings, DRB reviews and Full Circle’s office management. HOA Facilities Management and Maintenance
Dan Witkowski, Owner and Facilities Manager
Dan runs the facilities management department of Full Circle. He has been maintaining complex multi-unit, multi-use buildings for the last 19 years. He has an impeccable maintenance eye, a pro-active approach, and a commitment to quality rarely found in his field. Dan also served for 2 years on the Board of Directors for the Telluride Ski Ranches, was the Chair of the Open Space and Recreation Board for the Town of Mountain Village, and serves on the Design Review Committee for the Telluride Ski Ranches. Dan is also a certified building energy efficiency analyst.
David Watson-Ausencio, Maintenance Manager
David grew up in Colorado and has worked in construction since 2003. David has been with Full Circle for over 14 years. His tenacious approach toward problem solving leads to long lasting and quality improvements. David works alongside and directly supervises our maintenance staff.
In addition, our qualified common area cleaning staff provides reliable, supervised cleaning services.
